Server

A Tabsdata server is the top-level process that is deployed on a machine. A Tabsdata server stores and manages all Tabsdata resources, executes workflows, stores tabular data, and isolates Tabsdata processes from other processes on the machine.

By default, a Tabsdata server runs on port 2457, and is accessible via the Tabsdata UI, Tabsdata CLI, or Tabsdata MCP Integraton

A running server is also called an instance.
