Grant a permission to a user

Flag	Type	Required	Description
--user, -u	string	Required	User to grant the permission to.
--permission	string	Required	Permission to grant. Valid values are view_project, develop_project, manage_project, create_projects, manage_system. The project-scoped permissions (view_project, develop_project, manage_project) require --proj; the system-scoped ones (create_projects, manage_system) must not carry --proj.
--proj	string	Optional	Project the permission applies to. Required for project-scoped permissions, forbidden for system-scoped ones.
--profile	string	Optional	Profile whose connection and settings this command uses: '<NAME>-connection.json' and '<NAME>-options.json' under the Tabsdata directory. Default: the profile set with 'tdk set --profile', else 'connection.json' and 'options.json'.
